Contexte & Objectif : • Le responsable Intégration ERP a un rôle clef au sein de la Maîtrise d’œuvre du projet REMAP : il accompagne la mise en œuvre du programme ERP dans l’entreprise du point de vue de son intégration dans le SI existant en vue de sa mise en production aux échéances convenues, et ce en lien avec le Comité de Pilotage projet en place. Dans le cadre d’un programme international de transformation Finance, nous recherchons un Manager O2C Business Stream senior pour piloter le domaine Order to Cash dans un contexte de déploiement ERP multi-pays. Contexte de la mission Le programme vise à déployer une solution Finance standardisée dans plusieurs pays. Le domaine O2C constitue un pilier clé du programme, avec des enjeux forts autour de la facturation, des encaissements, de la réconciliation bancaire, du recouvrement et de la cohérence globale des processus. Principales responsabilités Piloter le stream O2C en lien avec les architectes métier, les responsables pays, les Business Process Owners et la direction digitale. Garantir la cohérence des processus O2C de bout en bout et de la documentation associée. Construire et suivre la feuille de route O2C : priorisation, planning, ressources, arbitrages global/local. Animer et encadrer l’équipe O2C : Business Analysts et Product Experts. Participer activement aux ateliers avec les pays : recueil des besoins, analyse, arbitrage et validation des solutions. Sécuriser les projets de build O2C afin qu’ils répondent aux enjeux métier, dans le respect du planning. Valider les règles de gestion, parcours utilisateurs, KPI et points de contrôle en cohérence avec les autres domaines du programme. Contribuer à la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs. Livrables attendus Rapport de prototypage et/ou analyse des cas d’usage avec arbitrage des besoins spécifiques. Feuille de route du domaine O2C : plan de déploiement, priorisation, planification des ressources. Mise en place du Core Model O2C dans les pays, dans le respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité.
