Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor deliverables related to private banking systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development including MS SQL Server with SSIS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services. Proven track record of managing large-scale software delivery projects in core banking, Treasury systems, and finance systems. Experience with Equation and SQL Server environments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and software development tools. Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Equation), Treasury systems, and finance systems. Proficiency in SQL Server and database management. Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
