In this varied role, you will support the network, IT and communications infrastructure across sites throughout the South East. You'll troubleshoot LAN and WAN equipment, install hardware, support Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments, and assist with data and voice cabling. You will also coordinate third-party suppliers and act as an escalation point between central support teams and site-based colleagues. The territory stretches from Southampton across to Kent and as far north as Cardington, with much of the current activity concentrated around Rainham and the wider Kent area.
