Objectif de la mission : Renforcer l’équipe en place sur le périmètre Commerce via un rôle d’AMOA fortement orienté delivery et coordination, afin de : • Structurer et piloter la collecte de données métier multi-pays / multi-BL nécessaire aux paramétrages Salesforce et SAP CPQ (secteurs, territoires, groupes d’approbations, CGL, accords-cadres, templates devis, templates contrat, etc.). • Sécuriser la phase de Build, en garantissant la cohérence fonctionnelle des solutions mises en œuvre. • Préparer et piloter les UAT, en coordination étroite avec les équipes locales. • Accompagner les métiers dans l’adoption des nouveaux processus et outils. • Soutenir les équipes locales jusqu’à l’hypercare, en appui du Project Manager Commerce. Le consultant est rattaché fonctionnellement au Project Manager Commerce, garant du Core Model sur le domaine Commerce. Le consultant contribue activement à la coordination et à la rédaction des livrables (y compris la construction des livrables de paramétrage des solutions), prépare, structure et documente les arbitrages, formule des recommandations, mais ne porte pas la responsabilité finale des décisions.

Contexte de la mission Le client est un organisme paritaire gérant les retraites complémentaires du secteur privé, et opérateur fonctionnel pour le GIP Union Retraite sur plusieurs services numériques à fort usage : simulateur inter-régimes de retraite (plus de 15 millions de simulations annuelles), affichage chronologique de carrière (plus de 9 millions de consultations en 2022), et application mobile dédiée. Le simulateur constitue l'outil unique d'estimation pour la branche depuis 2021 et sert de base au calcul des Estimations Indicatives Globales (EIG) envoyées annuellement aux assurés de plus de 55 ans. Sa trajectoire prévoit l'intégration de régimes supplémentaires (régimes spéciaux, professions libérales, populations spécifiques) ainsi que l'absorption des impacts liés à l'arrivée progressive des données RGCU (Répertoire de Gestion des Carrières Unique). La mission vise à renforcer l'équipe interne dans la réalisation de sa feuille de route annuelle, en assurant le rôle de référent fonctionnel sur un ou plusieurs régimes de retraite intégrés au service. Rôle et responsabilités principales Participer à la phase de qualification interne en lien avec la MOE dans un cadre Agile. Réaliser des analyses fonctionnelles : études d'opportunités, études prospectives et études d'impact sur le service. Rédiger les livrables de conception fonctionnelle : notes de cadrage, expressions du besoin, spécifications fonctionnelles générales.
