La prestation de Direction de Programme interviendra au sein de l’équipe Cyber Defense Project Management , en charge du pilotage et de la livraison des projets et programmes de sécurité liés aux produits de Cyber Défense (PAM, End User & Data, Network & Messaging, SOC, Sécurité Applicative & Gestion des Vulnérabilités) pour différentes entités du groupe à l’échelle mondiale. Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de transformation , nous recherchons un profil PMO afin d’accompagner le Chef de Projet dans la conduite d’un programme stratégique visant à digitaliser et améliorer l’expérience de réservation des clients . Le projet a pour objectif de garantir des confirmations de réservation fluides et instantanées, tout en renforçant la confiance via un cadre contractuel robuste assurant le respect des engagements de réservation. Le candidat idéal dispose d’une solide expérience en gestion de projets, notamment en transformation digitale, et évolue aisément dans des environnements multiculturels et transverses. Responsabilités principales Collaborer avec le Chef de Projet pour assurer le pilotage, l’alignement et la coordination de l’ensemble des phases du projet : conception, mise en œuvre, tests, formation et support au démarrage. Agir comme interface clé entre les équipes IT, Data, Métiers et les parties prenantes exécutives afin d’assurer l’alignement du projet avec les objectifs de l’organisation. Définir et déployer des stratégies visant à optimiser l’expérience digitale de réservation, incluant la confirmation immédiate des réservations et l’intégrité contractuelle. Suivre et piloter l’avancement du projet, les budgets et les plannings, dans le respect des standards de qualité les plus élevés. Encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires en favorisant la collaboration entre ingénieurs, développeurs, consultants et représentants métiers. Présenter les avancées, recommandations et propositions du projet auprès des cadres dirigeants et membres de la direction. Identifier, anticiper et mitiger les risques afin de garantir le succès du projet. Livrables attendus Mise à jour d’un plan projet détaillé incluant jalons, dépendances, ressources clés et phases de déploiement. Conception de supports d’ateliers interactifs (objectifs, agenda, activités, synthèse). Rédaction de comptes rendus exécutifs des ateliers à destination du management, mettant en avant les décisions clés, axes de travail et prochaines étapes. Modélisation du processus métier cible , validée en comité de pilotage (workflows, rôles, points de contrôle, interfaces). Mise à jour des processus au fil des itérations des ateliers. Structuration d’un plan d’actions orienté impacts court terme, avec priorisation des principaux leviers d’amélioration post-diagnostic. Conception d’un outil de suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) permettant le pilotage continu de l’avancement et des résultats du projet.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe Program, Project & Service Management , notre client – acteur majeur de l’industrie Media & Content (musique, télévision, cinéma, jeux vidéo) – recherche un Program / Project Management Lead . La mission s’inscrit dans un contexte de programmes Workday à forte valeur stratégique , impliquant plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes métiers et IT. Responsabilités principales En tant que Program / Project Management Lead , vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution globale du programme / projet , depuis la définition du périmètre jusqu’à l’atteinte des résultats business.
