Je recherche pour un de mes clients un PMO/ Project Manager ServiceNow ayant un anglais fluent pour prendre en charge le pilotage global, vous serez Être le point d’entrée principal pour la gestion des cas et incidents, coordonner et animer le réseau/ Admins locaux pour les demandes liées aux plateformes. Mairise de ServiceNow, Confluence, Miro Mission Identifier les irritants et points de friction dans les processus de support actuels (flux ServiceNow, emails, circuits de validation…). Formaliser recommandations d’optimisation (process, outils, organisation) et plan d’actions associé. Piloter la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations et suivre les gains (réduction du temps passé en support & administration, amélioration de la qualité de service). Travailler avec les équipes ServiceNow pour définir, prioriser et mettre en œuvre les évolutions nécessaires (formulaires de demande, workflows, catégorisation, base de connaissances…). Concevoir les formulaires de demandes Owners Platform afin de structurer les tickets, limiter le recours aux emails et fluidifier le traitement. Mettre à jour et rationaliser l’ensemble de la documentation fonctionnelle : Confluence, guides Admin, guides de troubleshooting utilisateurs finaux, SharePoint d’équipe, FAQ in-product, base de connaissances ServiceNow. Concevoir et déployer un plan de formation avec les parties prenantes clés (Admins, Champions, équipes métiers, etc.). Définir les KPI de support et de performance (volume par équipe, type d’incident, temps de résolution, backlog…). Mettre en place des dashboards de suivi (ServiceNow, Excel, Tableau ou autre) pour monitorer l’activité et partager les indicateurs aux équipes Owners Platforms et au management.

Le projet a pour objectif de garantir des confirmations de réservation fluides et instantanées, tout en renforçant la confiance via un cadre contractuel robuste assurant le respect des engagements de réservation. Le candidat idéal dispose d’une solide expérience en gestion de projets, notamment en transformation digitale, et évolue aisément dans des environnements multiculturels et transverses. Responsabilités principales Collaborer avec le Chef de Projet pour assurer le pilotage, l’alignement et la coordination de l’ensemble des phases du projet : conception, mise en œuvre, tests, formation et support au démarrage. Agir comme interface clé entre les équipes IT, Data, Métiers et les parties prenantes exécutives afin d’assurer l’alignement du projet avec les objectifs de l’organisation.
