Required : DevOps Engineer Location : Basingstoke Duration : 6 Months + Clearance required : DV Level Role Description and Spec: We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work as part of a multi skilled agile team, including security, service and management where teamwork is paramount. *Reports to the project's Solution Lead. *Leads the evaluation of the applications against the target operating environment to determine impacts and scale of integration activities. *Provides application deployment and integration services for a small set of existing 3rd party provided applications, operating on thick-client devices. *Deploys the applications into the target-operating environment and integrates with other data sources and systems, according to the agreed designs. *Collaborates with Solution Lead, Application Engineer (Design) Security Consultant, and Test Lead to ensure that the deployment meets the security requirements and is accreditable Required Skills: *Experienced in working in DevOps environment and delivering DevOps pipeline toolsets. *Preferably experienced at working in an agile, sprint-based lifecycle. *Experienced at deploying applications into a Windows 10 environment. *Experienced at progressing applications through a structured change, deployment and release process.
