Support the internal IT department with changes and upgrades to software platforms. Convert legacy Hyperion reports to SSRS. Software Development: Analysis of issues pertaining to problems or errors raised by in-house systems, i.e. CORE, SharePoint interface, Equation end of day cycle. Understanding business requirements in order to develop and deliver appropriate solutions based on system definition documents. Proficiency in advanced 4GL programming languages and able to apply to the fully development life-cycle. Database Support To build data pipelines within the SQL environment in SSIS packages, where required, introduce new field and data types for new information to be collated in the CORE environment. To build tabular models (SSAS) for different business units. To build reports based on business requirements using SQL SSRS. To integrate with all the Bank's sub-systems using data abstraction and connectivity layers, i.e. ODBC, ADO.net. Ensure that the environment is running optimally and with high standard house-keeping procedures. Sharepoint Integration: To integrate the SharePoint environment and Forms with Equation system to introduce automation of processes thereby eliminating the need for duplicate entry. To utilise web services to integrate from cutting edge technology into legacy systems such as Equation. End of Day Cycle: To provide second and third level support for in-house programmes during the end of day cycle. To be able to analyse and rectify any problems raised in an independent and team scenario. To take ownership of a problem and deliver a solution in a timely manner. Provide out of office hours support. Risk & Regulatory Duties Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and adhere to these to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk. Report policy/procedure breaches and areas of potential non-compliance and suspicions promptly upon identification in accordance with the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies. Accurately execute all controls within own area to minimise risk of policy, procedure, and/or regulatory breaches. Identify new risks/control gaps within own area and escalate accordingly to your Line Manager and/or Head of Department. Training & Competence Complete all annual mandatory regulatory refresher training as per the Bank's training plans and deadlines. Proactively seek to complete recommended technical and behavioural competencies training required for your role. Act in accordance with the FCA/PRA Code of Conduct. Fulfil all prescribed business continuity requirements as set out in the organisational or departmental specific plans or as instructed by the Line Manager/Head of Department. Qualifications/Experience Degree level qualified or equivalent. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement riche et complexe, au croisement de plusieurs interlocuteurs : équipes Data des Caisses régionales, équipes Infrastructure (CAGIP), squads internes. Vos principales missions : Accompagner et conseiller les équipes Conseiller les équipes Data sur les modèles et solutions techniques Microsoft SQL Server les plus adaptés à leurs problématiques Analyser la complexité de l'écosystème et proposer des solutions robustes, sécurisées et pérennes Accompagner les choix d'implémentation auprès des différentes équipes impliquées sur les projets Être force de proposition sur les évolutions de l'écosystème Structurer et industrialiser les pratiques Définir les normes et bonnes pratiques CI/CD permettant d'industrialiser les déploiements à l'échelle Définir les principes de sécurisation des accès, notamment autour de la minimisation des droits et du durcissement Produire les dossiers de choix techniques destinés aux instances décisionnelles Enrichir et maintenir la documentation technique dans le WIKI Transmettre votre expertise Produire des supports pédagogiques pour faciliter l'appropriation des concepts et bonnes pratiques par des interlocuteurs aux niveaux techniques variés Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes Assurer le transfert de connaissances avec l'expert SQL Server actuellement en place Anticiper les évolutions techniques Analyser les impacts liés aux obsolescences et aux montées de version SQL Server Identifier les risques et proposer des solutions permettant de limiter les impacts sur les environnements existants Votre profil : Vous disposez d'une expertise avancée sur Microsoft SQL Server et êtes à l'aise dans des environnements techniques complexes.
