Vos missions : Traiter en autonomie les incidents et les demandes de service de votre périmètre Échanger avec les équipes projets et les équipes métier sur les problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateurs et sur les demandes de maintenance corrective Gérer les problèmes selon le référentiel ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) : analyse des solutions possibles et proposition d'actions correctives Garantir le maintien de la connaissance de votre périmètre en rédigeant des modes opératoires pour les équipes de support de niveau 1 (L1) Assurer le suivi quotidien de votre backlog d'incidents Présenter votre activité aux équipes métier ainsi que les plans d'actions visant à améliorer les SLA (Service Level Agreement – niveaux de service) et à réduire le nombre d'incidents
