Role Profile * Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions. * Define reporting, analytics, and data integration strategies across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. * Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solution design, governance, security, and best practice adoption. * Provide technical leadership for FDI deployments, data modelling, semantic layer configuration, and dashboard/reporting solutions. * Strong experience with Oracle Fusion applications, FDI/OAC, data analytics, and enterprise reporting transformations is essential. Role: A practical, operationally credible Data Architect - not someone who simply produces architecture slides - who can sit with targeteers, intelligence staff, mission planners and Digital Warfighters, understand where information slows down real operations, and turn that into usable data models, standards and integration patterns for our Maritime DTW efforts. Their job is to identify the key data frictions and opportunities in a live and priority mission thread - what data is needed/available, where it sits, who owns it, why it is hard to trust/ share/exploit, and what needs to change - and deliver some short term changes that help us decisions faster and with more confidence, and identify opportunities/requirements for automation and/AI: a common targeting data model, a clear map of systems and information flows, agreed data owners and standards, that is informed by and shapes the technical architecture - both MAB, MFW and DTW. À propos de la mission Pour un client grand compte engagé dans la structuration de sa plateforme ServiceNow, nous recherchons un Architecte / Expert CSDM pour accompagner l'équipe d'architecture plateforme dans la définition et la mise en œuvre du Common Service Data Model (CSDM), en lien étroit avec les enjeux de gouvernance et de qualité de la CMDB. Missions principales ● Définir la trajectoire d'adoption du CSDM et construire une feuille de route progressive alignée sur le niveau de maturité de l'organisation. ● Concevoir le modèle de données cible (services métier, services techniques, applications, composants techniques) et les règles de modélisation associées. ● Accompagner la mise en œuvre : traduction du modèle en exigences fonctionnelles, supervision de l'intégration des sources de données (Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, ETL) et des règles de réconciliation. ● Mettre en place la gouvernance des données : rôles et responsabilités (Data Owner, Class Owner, Service Owner…), matrice RACI, processus de validation. ● Garantir la qualité des données : indicateurs de qualité, exploitation de CMDB Health, plans de remédiation, tableaux de bord de suivi. ● Animer des ateliers avec les équipes métiers, techniques et les Process Owners pour accompagner l'appropriation du modèle.
