Dans le cadre de ses travaux autour de l'Intelligence Artificielle appliquée à la lutte contre la fraude, la Direction Data & IA développe actuellement deux briques fonctionnelles complémentaires : une solution basée sur l'IA générative ; une solution basée sur le Graph Mining. Ces solutions entrent dans une phase pilote impliquant une sollicitation accrue des utilisateurs cibles afin de recueillir leurs retours, d'identifier les axes d'amélioration et de mesurer la valeur apportée par les solutions. Dans ce contexte, l'équipe recherche un consultant polyvalent pour accompagner les deux Product Owners en charge du développement des solutions, notamment sur l'animation du pilote, l'approche UX et le suivi de sa performance. Le consultant interviendra sur l'ensemble du dispositif d'accompagnement du pilote : Préparation et animation des ateliers utilisateurs : cadrage des objectifs, préparation des supports, animation des sessions et recueil des besoins / irritants ; Approche UX : observation des usages, analyse des parcours et retours utilisateurs, identification des points de friction et formulation de recommandations d'amélioration ; Monitoring du pilote : définition et suivi des indicateurs, consolidation des données issues du pilote, analyse des résultats et production de reportings réguliers ; Accompagnement des Product Owners : contribution au suivi des actions, priorisation des retours utilisateurs et formalisation des besoins d'évolution ; Coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet afin d'assurer le bon déroulement du pilote et la circulation des informations. Le consultant pourra être amené à intervenir aussi bien sur des sujets fonctionnels, UX, data et pilotage, avec une forte dimension opérationnelle

The following skills are Essential: Relevant higher education qualification in data analysis, including programming languages such as Python and SQL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Ability to manage multiple projects adhering to logistics, timescales and deadlines. IT literate and experience of using MS Dynamics and Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience of using visualisation tools such as PowerBI. The Client is based in Holborn London.
