We are currently recruiting for a Billing Coordinator to join a well-established growing business based in Stoke on Trent. You will be directly employed working within the Finance department and reporting to the Credit Control Manager. Full Job Description * Delivery of customer invoicing together with appropriate supporting information on an accurate and timely basis to our UK and International clients through various client systems and processes * Identify and report missing customer POs to the business on a regular basis * Take initiative to resolve any circumstances that are holding up the invoicing process and liaise/ co-ordinate with other departments to achieve a positive resolution for the business * You will have responsibility for bank receipt allocations/credit notes & sale ledger reconciliation * Ensure that work not yet invoiced is kept to a minimum in order to optimise cash flow * Meet deadlines as set and agreed with the Team Manager. PC required to work on various roles as attached as part of the Win 11 deployment project. These roles will be remote based with occasional travel to Corsham if required e.g. for meetings Core Project Management Project Management Support General administrative tasks supporting the project team, including meeting minutes Supporting the Lead Project Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials and change Creation and maintenance of the project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency and change) Assist the Contractor's Onboarding Coordinator with onboarding activities Onboarding Coordinator Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned to the project plan and Migration Schedule that indicates the quantity of Contractor Resources required in each role Liaise with the Contractor's Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure that the Resource Onboarding Plan is kept aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule in accordance with the Resource SC Cleared or clearable candidates will be required. Test Coordinator - DV Cleared (Outside IR35) Rate: Excellent Location: Onsite in Farnborough or Bristol. 1 day pw remote. Duration: 6months DV clearance required and must be willing to go through a higher level of clearance Sole British nationals only due to the nature of the project Service deliverables * Documentation: completion of documentation as record of design, deployment, testing & integration using standard/templates. * Handover - handover to operations & handover documentation: records of tests, outcomes and operational documentation using Vodafone standard/templates Service acceptance criteria * Test & Integration: completion of operational & integration testing plans, acceptance of Test & Integration documentation. * Handover: successful handover with appropriate handover documentation Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
