We are currently recruiting for a Invoicing Coordinator to join a well-established growing business based in Stoke on Trent. You will be directly employed working within the Finance department and reporting to the Credit Control Manager. Full Job Description * Delivery of customer invoicing together with appropriate supporting information on an accurate and timely basis to our UK and International clients through various client systems and processes * Identify and report missing customer POs to the business on a regular basis * Take initiative to resolve any circumstances that are holding up the invoicing process and liaise/ co-ordinate with other departments to achieve a positive resolution for the business * You will have responsibility for bank receipt allocations/credit notes & sale ledger reconciliation * Ensure that work not yet invoiced is kept to a minimum in order to optimise cash flow * Meet deadlines as set and agreed with the Team Manager.
