Votre rôle Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Account Executive confirmé(e) pour renforcer notre BU Service Management et accélérer le développement commercial autour de Freshservice. Vos principales missions · Identifier, prospecter et signer de nouveaux clients autour de la solution Freshservice. · Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients existants, en assurant leur satisfaction et en contribuant à la croissance de leur ARR. · Piloter l’intégralité du cycle de vente : découverte, qualification, présentation de l’offre, démonstration, négociation et closing. · Développer en priorité un territoire commercial couvrant le Sud-Est de la France et la Suisse romande. · Assurer la relation avec vos interlocuteurs Freshworks ; l’anglais peut être nécessaire. · Identifier les opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell auprès de vos clients. Le profil que nous recherchons · Formation supérieure Bac+5 : école de commerce, école de management ou école d’ingénieur. · Au moins 3 ans d’expérience commerciale dans l’univers SaaS, idéalement dans la vente de logiciels de gestion. · Tempérament de développeur commercial, orienté conquête, croissance et création de valeur. · Excellentes qualités de communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. · Appétence pour les cycles de vente complexes, l’approche conseil et la compréhension des enjeux métiers. Conditions du poste · Organisation hybride : télétravail possible jusqu’à 3 jours par semaine. · Rémunération : fixe de 45 K€ + variable de 20 K€ + intéressement. · Poste orienté développement commercial, fidélisation client et croissance récurrente.
