Key Responsibilities: * Architect, manage maintain the enterprise data landscape within SAP Datasphere, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data environments. * Design and implement complex data models that support both operational and analytical use cases, leveraging advanced features such as spaces, views, and semantic modelling. * Lead data integration initiatives, orchestrating seamless ingestion and harmonization of data from SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, BWS/4HANA) and non-SAP sources (e.g., cloud platforms, APIs, third-party systems). * Establish and enforce data governance policies including metadata management, data lineage tracking, and access control to ensure data integrity and compliance. * Optimize data pipelines and transformation logic using SAP Datasphere's capabilities to support real-time and batch processing needs. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into robust, reusable data products and services. * Monitor and tune system performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring high availability and reliability of the data platform. * Stay current with SAP Datasphere innovations, evaluating new features and capabilities for continuous improvement and competitive advantage. * Broad functional and process knowledge on the SAP S4/HANA Professional Services tower. * Seek highly automated solutions and new approaches to work through partnership with Product Owner and/or Functional Experts on continuous improvement, evolution of the product and Lifecycle management * Work as Solution Architects translating Business requirements/EPICs into Technical designed solutions * Participate on new design for solutions, services and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc. * Providing supervision and guidance to development teams around the current product and services design, assuring the design is protected and the global/mandate processes are secured * Support Operations in complex and high impact issues and problems as they arise. * Accountable for process and technical knowledge gathering, update and validation of products and services under Reporting and Analytics tower, including documentation/knowledge from external teams that will touch those services and products * Support product managers on lifecycle management for products and services considering business priorities, budget, current versions and risks. * Responsible for the delivery of an Agile/DevSecOps Mindset across their portfolio including transformational initiatives Key Skills & Experience: * 10+ years of experience in SAP / Data Management ecosystem, with at least 3 years in SAP Datasphere.
