Contexte : Dans le cadre de la gestion des opérations financières sous Summit , la mission porte sur la gestion des titres, l’intégration des données de marché et le maintien des flux réglementaires et risques. Les principaux enjeux concernent les programmes de titrisation, les Repos Tripartites et l’exercice réglementaire de Bail-In. Missions : Gérer et modéliser les titres et opérations dans Summit (intégration, opérations sur titres, récupération des données Bloomberg). Participer aux projets de titrisation, Repos Tripartites et Bail-In. Maintenir les flux vers la Direction des Risques Groupe (PLUPD Summit). Assurer le suivi des incidents liés aux données de marché et leur intégration dans Summit.

I. Contexte : Dans le cadre de la conformité aux exigences des bourses et des fournisseurs de données de marché, le client recherche un profil expérimenté pour piloter l'ensemble des audits externes menés par les exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, LSEG, etc.) et leurs mandataires.Le consultant sera le référent unique pour ces contrôles réglementaires, garantissant la conformité des usages avec les accords de licence souscrits et la bonne coordination avec les équipes internes (Front Office, IT, Conformité, Juridique). II. Missions : Pilotage opérationnel des audits Market Data Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des auditeurs externes mandatés par les bourses et les fournisseurs de données de marché Orchestrer l'ensemble du cycle d'audit : cadrage, collecte documentaire, contrôles de cohérence, validation et transmission des réponses Analyser les questionnaires d'audit et les cahiers des charges des exchanges pour en extraire les obligations contractuelles et réglementaires Contrôle de la conformité des usages Recenser et valider les périmètres d'utilisation : utilisateurs habilités, droits d'accès, flux consommés, systèmes alimentés Rapprocher les déclarations d'usage avec les données réelles issues des systèmes de distribution (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IDC internes, etc.) Identifier les écarts de facturation ou d'habilitation et piloter les actions de régularisation Animation transverse et résolution des points d'audit Coordonner les contributions des différentes lignes métiers (Sales & Trading, Recherche, Middle Office) et des fonctions support (IT, Legal, Procurement) Instruire les demandes de justification ou de clarification émises par les auditeurs Participer aux échanges de cadrage ou de contestation avec les exchanges en cas d'écart significatif ou de pénalités financières Gouvernance et amélioration continue Constituer et maintenir la documentation probatoire pour chaque campagne d'audit (registres, exports système, attestations) Formaliser des processus de contrôle permanent pour anticiper les audits futurs et réduire l'exposition aux risques de non-conformité Produire des bilans post-audit avec recommandations d'optimisation (rationalisation des accès, renégociation contractuelle, automatisation des contrôles)

Contexte Dans le cadre de l’acquisition d’une grande société de gestion d’actifs par un groupe bancaire majeur, un projet important a été lancé avec plusieurs volets : Data, Front-to-Middle, Back-Office, Reporting, Finance, ESG, etc. Au sein du stream Reporting, plusieurs sous-streams ont été créés : Regulatory, Client, ESG, Performance. Certains reportings de masse seront développés via une solution externe, tandis que d’autres le seront dans un outil spécifique développé sur mesure. Cependant, de nombreux autres reportings sont réalisés en ad hoc, en shadow IT (extractions manuelles depuis plusieurs outils front-office / Bloomberg, VB, jobs Ctrl-M, etc.). IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years of 1 and 2 level hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure from a banking environment. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. You must have at least 1 to 4 years experience of working with and supporting FIS Treasury and Risk Management System Integrity. This is a 2nd to 3 level implementation and support position.
