Your future duties and responsibilities As Events Consultant, you will co ordinate the planning and delivery of an integrated events programme that supports CGI's growth ambitions across the Space, Defence and Intelligence sector. Working with marketing, business development and leadership teams, you will ensure every event is professionally executed, aligned to business objectives and delivers measurable return on investment. You will manage the end to end delivery of CGI hosted client events, executive roundtables and networking opportunities, while also coordinating CGI's presence at key industry conferences and exhibitions. From supplier management through to logistics, delegate experience and post event reporting, you will oversee every stage of the event lifecycle. Working with the marketing team, you will ensure events are fully integrated into wider marketing activity, supported by effective promotion, engaging content and timely follow up that helps generate pipeline and strengthen client relationships. Key responsibilities . Plan and deliver Lead the end to end planning and delivery of CGI owned external events, sponsored conferences, exhibitions and selected internal events. Required qualifications to be successful in this role To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience delivering high quality B2B/B2G events within a corporate environment. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, often within tight timescales. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be equally comfortable working strategically or managing the operational detail required to deliver exceptional events. Experience within technology, defence, government, aerospace, professional services or another complex B2B sector would be advantageous. Essential skills .
