Rather than being one developer in a large development function, you'll have exposure across the full software development lifecycle and genuine input into the software being built. Working closely with two experienced Senior Engineers, you'll be able to contribute from day one whilst continuing to develop your technical skills. The team is looking for someone with strong fundamentals who wants to keep learning, take on more responsibility and become a long-term part of the business. The company takes a pragmatic approach to modern software engineering and actively encourages the sensible use of AI-assisted development tools. You do not need experience with specific AI platforms; an interest in how they can improve development workflows, alongside the ability to validate and challenge their output, is what matters most.
