Intitulé : Chef de Projet Cegid Y2 / Retail – POS & Back-Office Contexte : Au sein de la DSI / Direction Retail, le Chef de projet Cegid Y2 pilote la mise en œuvre, le maintien et l’évolution du SI magasin basé sur Cegid Y2 (Front Office, Back Office, Central). Il intervient dans un environnement multi-sites, avec des enjeux forts de disponibilité magasin, uniformisation des processus, intégration ERP et gestion des données retail. Missions principales 1. Pilotage de projets Cegid Y2 – Cadrer les besoins métiers (vente, caisse, pricing, promotions, stocks, inventaires, fidélité). – Formaliser les expressions de besoin, user stories et spécifications fonctionnelles. – Construire et suivre les plannings projet (déploiement, migration, évolutions). – Piloter les intégrateurs, prestataires Cegid et équipes internes. – Assurer le reporting, la gestion des risques et la tenue des engagements. 2. Paramétrage & expertise fonctionnelle Y2 – Configurer les modules Y2 : POS, Back Office, Base Articles, Stocks, Pricing, Remises, PIM/MDM, clients & fidélité. – Valider la cohérence des paramétrages entre Central / BO / FO. – Assurer la qualité fonctionnelle des échanges entre Y2 et les autres systèmes (ERP, CRM, OMS, BI…). 3. Intégration & interfaçage – Superviser ou contribuer à l’intégration Y2 avec : – ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics…) – plateformes e-commerce – solutions paiement / monétique – middleware / ESB – Participer aux ateliers techniques d’architecture applicative retail. 4. Tests, recettes & qualité – Concevoir les plans de tests (unitaires, fonctionnels, UAT). – Exécuter les recettes ou coordonner leur réalisation. – Suivre la correction des anomalies via JIRA / ServiceNow. – Valider la conformité fonctionnelle avant mise en production. 5. Déploiement magasin & support – Préparer les packages de déploiement FO/BO. – Coordonner les équipes terrain, les intégrateurs et les magasins. – Suivre les go-live : hypercare, stabilisation, support niveau 2. – Formaliser les guides utilisateurs et modes opératoires. 6. Gouvernance & amélioration continue – Animer des comités projet et des ateliers métiers. – Proposer des améliorations fonctionnelles (UX vendeurs, process magasin). – Contribuer à la roadmap retail (internationalisation, omnicanal, mobilité).

Notre client, acteur du secteur industriel, est à la recherche d'un Consultant ERP Cegid (H/F) dans le cadre d’un renfort d'activité. Vos missions Intégré(e) aux équipes internes, vous devrez accompagner les équipes dans le déploiement, l’optimisation et le support des modules manufacturing et finance de Cegid XRP Sprint v11: \- Analyse & cadrage \- Paramétrage & déploiement (intégration EMS, ...) \- Recette & mise en production \- Support & amélioration continue (formation utilisateurs, roadmap ERP, ...) Compétences techniques attendues : Excellente maîtrise de Cegid XRP Sprint v11. Expertise des processus Manufacturing : Connaissance approfondie des processus Finance Bonne compréhension des flux intermodules (achats / ventes / stocks / production / finance). Compétences optionnelles : * Notions en SQL / requêtage / BI Cegid ; * Expérience en intégration d’outils tiers (WMS, MES, CRM…) ; * Méthodologie projet (cycle en V, agile…).

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un développeur TIBCO pour l'un de nos clients sur le bassin niortais : Développe et déploie des flux d’intégration avec TIBCO BusinessWorks. Configure et administre la messagerie TIBCO EMS. Intègre des systèmes variés (ERP, CRM, bases de données, API). Réalise tests, débogage et optimisation des processus TIBCO. Rédige la documentation technique associée. Assure le support et la résolution d’incidents sur les flux d’intégration. Collabore avec les équipes techniques et métiers pour garantir la cohérence des architectures.

Le/la Consultant expert technique sera chargé de : - Mettre en place de nouveaux flux inter-applicatifs - Connecter des applications hétérogènes (ERP, CRM, bases de données, etc.) - Créer, maintenir opérationnellement et améliorer les flux inter-applicatifs - Automatiser les flux de données et les processus métiers entre ces systèmes.
