You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our financial services clients. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs within the FIS Systematics environment (e.g., IMPACS, ALS, ST, etc.). * Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver robust and scalable solutions. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, upgrades, and migrations. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications. * Provide production support and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
