Responsible for supporting the site call off process (shortages, Asset Swaps, DOAs) within agreed SLAs and KPIs from beginning-to-end pulling in subject matter experts when needed to support sites Support along with others the creation of new processes and the updating existing processes to bring up to date Supplier management- constantly working with 3PL to ensure that assets are managed and delivered to exacting standards Support the Network Delivery team on other workstreams and projects as and when required. Weekly / Monthly requirement of reporting of all call offs received to capture Right first time call offs and share with senior management team and the wider network logistics team as required Support the Outbound and Reverse Supply Chain Manager where required helping bespoke activities as needed Working with asset Management provider (Tracktrans )and the Outbound and Returns to drive long term sustainable business performance improvement, by identifying, designing and implementing opportunities to improve. Manage the resolution of critical customer escalations contributing to high standards of customer delivery. Ensure fulfillment of delivery requirements of operational targets within the team to Promote strong working relationships with other teams in the mobile deployment area.
