Data Analyst
Position Overview We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in the rapidly expanding electric mobility sector. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that enhance network efficiency, user satisfaction, and operational performance. This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about sustainability, clean energy, and leveraging data to guide business decisions. Key Duties Gather, clean, and analyze information from charging infrastructure, apps, user behavior, and operational systems. Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, including usage patterns, uptime, revenue, utilization, and customer trends. Detect trends in energy use, station performance, and demand to support strategic initiatives. Offer recommendations to improve charger placement, energy management, and preventive maintenance. Work closely with operations, product, engineering, and business teams to drive data-informed projects. Perform targeted analyzes to inform new features, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities. Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security and privacy regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 2+ years in a data analysis or similar role (experience in energy, EVs, or mobility is a plus). Skilled in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, statistical modeling, or machine learning. Familiarity with energy, IoT, or mobility datasets is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
