This role combines user support on a trading floor with involvement in IT infrastructure tasks and projects. Key Duties of the IT Systems Administrator: Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements. Manage hardware procurement, stock levels, and lifecycle management. Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Cisco phones. Administer user profiles and access using Active Directory, Exchange, Okta, and Zscaler. Manage devices via Microsoft Intune and support remote access solutions. Monitor IT systems using Logic Monitor and escalate issues as needed. Assist with patching, software compliance, and IT documentation. Key Requirements of the IT Systems Administrator: 3+ years in IT support or systems administration within a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with Windows 11, Windows Server (2016–2025), and Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven experience administering Active Directory, Exchange, Okta, and Zscaler, including user profiles, group policies, and access control. Experience managing devices via Microsoft Intune and supporting remote access solutions. Familiarity with networking concepts, Cisco IOS, virtualization (VMware), SQL Server, and IT infrastructure projects. Experience troubleshooting email, mobile devices, desktops, and collaboration tools in a regulated or corporate environment.
