Senior Business Analyst - FTC (Public Sector Transformation) Hybrid (Telford 2 days onsite per week) FTC (6 Months) About Us Our Technology Division has been trusted for over a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects across a range of industries worldwide. We manage the full delivery lifecycle, from capturing business requirements through to development, testing, release, and ongoing support. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver excellence on behalf of TXP and our clients. You'll bring proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, and quality delivery. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll adapt to different projects and audiences with a flexible, change-positive mindset. The Role You'll join a major public sector transformation programme focused on modernising legacy systems and delivering large-scale data and cloud solutions. This role spans multiple workstreams and involves strategic business analysis, data migration, and system re-platforming. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis across complex programmes, supporting data and system transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand dependencies and architectural impacts. Operate in an Agile environment using tools like GIRA and Confluence . What You'll Bring Strong experience in large-scale transformation, ideally involving data migration , system upgrades , or cloud . Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels. Calm, diplomatic, and tactful approach, able to challenge constructively and think creatively.
