Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and architecture of IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 implementations.

* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

* Define technical and functional roadmaps aligned with business goals.

* Oversee the delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.

* Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.



Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including MAS 9.

* Strong knowledge of EAM processes and industry best practices.

* Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* IBM Maximo certifications preferred.
