In this key role, you'll help design and develop Configuration Management services and tools that support some of the UK's most vital digital platforms. As part of the Configuration Management Team, you'll play a central role in managing and evolving our Configuration Management Database (CMDB)-ensuring it provides accurate, reliable data. You will be part of the team who own, manage, and set the direction for Configuration Management and CMDB utilisation. This is an incredibly important time for the Configuration Management team, supporting the strategic high-level digital programme of activity to ensure we have all relevant data in CMDB to underpin stakeholder requirement. You'll work on both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements, contributing to the delivery of our Configuration Management roadmap and supporting the ongoing needs of digital products and services across DWP.
