Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement Participate in or lead IT projects aimed at system upgrades, security enhancements, and process improvements. Essential Skills & Experience Strong 2nd line experience with exposure to 3rd line responsibilities in enterprise environments. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server , Active Directory , Entra ID , and Microsoft 365 . Experience supporting VMware vSphere and Horizon VDI .
