Financial Management & Optimisation * Partner with finance and procurement teams to support: o Budget planning o Forecasting Tooling & Data Management * Define architecture for HAM platforms and integrations. * Ensure integrity and accuracy of asset inventories and configuration data. * Design integrations between: o CMDB platforms Improve data quality, reporting, and asset visibility across the enterprise. The internal ITAM documentation specifically references CMDB integration and asset management platform architecture as core components. Sustainability & Asset Disposition Translate business requirements into HAM capabilities and governance controls. Present asset management insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Required Experience * Significant experience in Hardware Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Service Management. * Experience designing and implementing enterprise HAM operating models. * Experience with asset lifecycle governance and CMDB management. * Experience of procurement, supply chain, and financial asset management processes. * Experience supporting large-scale workplace, datacentre, or infrastructure environments. * Experience with HAM and ITSM platforms including: o ServiceNow HAM o ServiceNow CMDB o Flexera o Snow o BMC Helix o Lansweeper o Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions Technical Knowledge * Hardware Asset Management (HAM) * IT Asset Management (ITAM) * Configuration Management (CMDB) * Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) * Enterprise Architecture * IT Service Management (ITIL) * Discovery and inventory tools * Procurement and supply chain management * Asset financial management Qualifications Essential * Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field. * ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
