Gestion des incidents Identifier et résoudre rapidement les incidents liés aux données, en minimisant leur impact sur les utilisateurs. Réaliser des analyses de causes racines et mettre en place des mesures préventives Documenter les incidents, les actions correctives et les enseignements pour enrichir la base de connaissances. Gestion des données Administrer les bases de données, exécuter des requêtes et résoudre les problèmes de connectivité pour assurer la disponibilité des données. Mettre en place le monitoring et résoudre les anomalies sur les workflows ETL. Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des données en production.
