Cyber Security – Protection, Education, Audit, Disaster Recovery, & Business Continuity. • Review, develop and enhance the continued delivery of 1st class student learning through IT. • Identify and design solutions to enhance operations and solve business problems. • Support IT Teams in all activities that lead to the successful implementation of new solutions. • Direct the maintenance, monitoring and backup/restore of the European IT Services. • Facilitate the provision of 3rd line support to Europe IT Services, escalating to Group IT as required. • Manage major service incidents and problems through to resolution as directed. • ITIL process owner for Capacity and Performance; Availability; IT Service Continuity. • Provide technical escalation support and/or assist to IT colleagues in troubleshooting faults. • Support, guide and/or manage IT projects as directed by the European IT Director. • Audit and review the technical integrity of core systems and services. • Review operating efficiencies to facilitate and accommodate business growth. • Define, document and disseminate IT procedures, and standards. • Manage and maintain a knowledge base for core systems and services. • Any other reasonably requested duties. Tu pilotes le périmètre intégration et architecture de projets Java/Web dans des environnements où sécurité, fiabilité et performance sont des exigences de base , pas des options. Ici, le pilotage ne suffit pas. Tu comprends l’architecture, tu la construis, tu la testes et tu l’amènes jusqu’à un fonctionnement opérationnel en production. Responsabilité centrale Garantir que l’architecture technique retenue est réalisable, cohérente, sécurisée et exploitable , tout en respectant les délais et les budgets engagés. Interventions concrètes Chiffrer les coûts de mise en œuvre des projets, en cohérence avec les orientations définies par l’architecte sécurité. Définir, structurer et suivre le planning des activités d’architecture et d’intégration. Piloter l’avancement du périmètre architecture et produire un reporting clair et synthétique à destination du pilotage projet. Prendre en charge la mise en place de l’architecture et réaliser les tests associés. Coordonner l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués : équipes internes, clients, fournisseurs et partenaires techniques. Piloter la relation fournisseurs : demande et analyse des devis, validation technique, contribution au suivi de la facturation. Mener les études de capacité : identification des impacts techniques, définition et exécution des scénarios de tests de performance. Participer, lorsque nécessaire, aux opérations d’intégration et de déploiement des versions applicatives. Socle technique indispensable Tu n’es pas architecte sécurité, mais tu en maîtrises pleinement les fondamentaux et le langage. Technologies Web : serveurs web, reverse proxy, protocoles HTTP/HTTPS, certificats SSL. Réseaux : TCP/IP avec une approche opérationnelle. Sécurité : compréhension du fonctionnement des firewalls, gestion déléguée des ouvertures de flux et contraintes associées. Déploiement et exploitation d’ applications Java et Web . Connaissances solides en SQL (jusqu’aux jointures). La connaissance de MQ Series constitue un atout. Attentes sur l’architecture Être capable de formuler plusieurs scénarios d’architecture . Proposer des solutions argumentées, réalistes et soumises à validation. Intégrer systématiquement les exigences de sécurité, de fiabilité et de performance dès la conception. Gestion de projet et posture Planifier et piloter un projet de bout en bout sur ton périmètre. Structurer des jalons clairs et des points de validation. Remonter les informations de manière directe et factuelle : alertes, risques, arbitrages nécessaires. Proposer des améliorations concrètes sur les processus, la qualité et la productivité.
