Missions principales : -Concevoir et optimiser des prompts avancés et des contextes enrichis afin d’améliorer la pertinence, la robustesse et la fiabilité des réponses IA -Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de Context Engineering (gestion de contextes longs, segmentation, injection dynamique) -Concevoir des workflows IA et des chaînes de traitement (LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, VLLM) -Implémenter des mécanismes de RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) et gérer les données associées -Intégrer les solutions IA dans les processus métiers via API et microservices -Évaluer la performance des systèmes IA (qualité des réponses, biais, robustesse, métriques) -Documenter et valider les solutions mises en place Profil attendu : -Ingénieur IA / Data / Logiciel avec moins de 3 ans d’expérience (profil Junior) -Très bonne compréhension des LLM, de leurs limites et de leurs cas d’usage -Forte appétence pour le prompt engineering, l’expérimentation et l’amélioration continue -À l’aise dans des environnements pluridisciplinaires (tech, métier, produit) -Autonome, rigoureux, curieux et créatif
