Contexte de la mission Notre client, un acteur bancaire de premier plan, engage un programme stratégique visant à renforcer la conformité et la traçabilité de plusieurs reportings réglementaires clés, notamment Large Exposures, EBA Benchmarking et Concentration Risk. Dans ce cadre, l’équipe Risques recherche un profil expérimenté capable de piloter les travaux réglementaires, d’encadrer une petite équipe, et d’assurer la coordination des parties prenantes internes. Rôles et responsabilités Piloter et structurer les travaux liés à la traçabilité réglementaire pour les reportings Large Exposures, EBA Benchmarking et Concentration Risk. Évaluer la conformité du dispositif existant : documentation, méthodes, processus, transposition des textes réglementaires dans les modèles et calculateurs. Réaliser l’analyse détaillée des textes réglementaires et assurer leur bonne interprétation au sein des équipes. Contribuer à l’évaluation et à l’amélioration des contrôles de production des reportings réglementaires. Fournir accompagnement et guidance sur la revue des process maps et de la documentation associée. Superviser et soutenir les travaux d’automatisation des EUCs dans un objectif de fiabilisation du dispositif. Encadrer et animer une petite équipe opérationnelle. Assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes métiers, risques et réglementaires. Compétences requises Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en environnement banque, réglementation ou risk management. Connaissance approfondie des réglementations liées au Wholesale Credit Risk : Credit Risk, RWA, Capital, IFRS 9. Solide expérience en mise en œuvre de nouvelles réglementations, analyses d’impact, reporting réglementaire ou assessment d’un dispositif déjà en place. Capacité à assurer la traçabilité réglementaire et à analyser la transcription des textes dans les modèles, processus et calculateurs. Excellentes compétences en communication et posture senior / autonome. Expérience de management d’équipe souhaitée. Anglais courant indispensable (environnement international).
