Dans ce cadre, vous prendrez en charge les demandes et incidents des utilisateurs pour les smartphones : Service après-Vente : Réception des smartphones déjà utilisés Audit des smartphones Réinitialisation et remise à zéro logicielle des smartphones Actions de réparations et de nettoyage des smartphones Remise au stock des smartphones Préparation : Achat des de nouveaux smartphones ou utilisations des smartphones existants en stock, Préparation et ouverture de ligne, Paramétrage et enregistrement des smartphones au sein système d’information avec l’outil Mobile Device Management, Support Accueil des demandes des utilisateurs suite à des dysfonctionnements : prise en compte des appels des utilisateurs, Enregistrement des demandes : enregistrement des incidents ou anomalies de fonctionnement signalés, Pré-qualification des dysfonctionnements pour orientation sur les supports ad hoc (technique, fonctionnel) : pré-diagnostic et transfert des appels des clients aux entités compétentes, Traitement ou déclenchement des actions de support correspondantes : traitement de 1er niveau des incidents ou anomalies sur les smartphones signalés: diagnostic, identification, formulation, résolution. Suivi des incidents : suivi du traitement des appels des clients. Gestion de parc Exploitation de la base d'incidents : relances, consolidation, analyse de tendance. Demandes d'actions préventives de fond. Information des clients : alerte, information du client. Diffusion d'informations. Rédaction de procédures
