Reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager you will share responsibility for infrastructure solutions/systems across a range of technologies. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to design and support new solutions.

Key Responsibilities of this role
deployment, configuration, monitoring, and second- and third-line support of a wide range of infrastructure services, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD), on-premises Active Directory, virtualisation platforms (VMware), and backup solutions such as Commvault, Cohesity, and Druva.
managing monthly server patching, endpoint protection, and legacy on-premises technologies including SAN and physical servers.
managing DNS, certificates, and domains.
support basic Linux administration
liaise with third-party vendors to ensure service quality
lead on implementing cybersecurity standards and email security protocols such as DKIM/DMARC
Candidate profile
Key requirements of the role:

Essential:
Experience administering a Windows Active Directory Domain environment, including Exchange, group membership, and AD
Basic experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
Working knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams
Understanding of virtual and cloud datacentre environments
Awareness of security best practices
