Description L'ingénieur Suivi Prod est à la fois vigie de la Production en grand et responsable des processus régaliens qui font vivre cette Production (Change, Incident, Pilotage, Amélioration Continue…). Il a en charge l'amélioration continue des processus, méthodes et outils de Production ainsi que le suivi du respect de leur bonne application. Il analyse les événements de Production pour en extraire des tendances, détecter des signaux faibles et des plans d'amélioration continue. Dans une démarche Services, il accompagne les équipes pour une maitrise de la QoS au juste niveau d'excellence.
