Vous serez chargé de suivre de près les activités de cette équipe, d’assurer la qualité du service rendu, et de piloter l’amélioration continue des processus. Votre rôle comprendra le suivi des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI), la participation aux réunions opérationnelles, et la garantie du respect et de l’optimisation des processus de gestion des incidents et des changements. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec l’équipe Internationale Global Infrastructure. Le Change Manager aura la responsabilité de piloter la conduite du changement afin d’assurer une adoption efficace et durable de la solution par les utilisateurs finaux. La mission est à réaliser à proximité de Reims . Un véhicule est nécessaire Missions principales Le Change Manager interviendra tout au long du projet, en lien étroit avec la direction du programme, les responsables métiers et la communication interne. 1. Stratégie et plan de conduite du changement Élaborer et maintenir la stratégie de conduite du changement en cohérence avec les objectifs du programme D365 FO. Identifier les impacts organisationnels, métiers et humains liés à la mise en place du nouvel ERP.
