Dans le cadre du déploiement international de la solution EQS Compliance Cockpit, le client recherche un Change Manager pour accompagner les équipes Éthique & Conformité dans la conduite du changement et garantir l’adhésion des utilisateurs à la nouvelle solution.

🚀 Objectifs et livrables

Le consultant aura pour mission de piloter la conduite du changement autour de trois axes principaux :

1. Documentation

Élaboration de la documentation utilisateur, manager et ECO (Word, PDF, intranet)
Suivi des retours et comptes rendus de validation

2. Communication

Construction du plan de changement (formations, freeze, déploiement EQS)
Création d’un kit de communication (email type, FAQ post-formation, supports)

3. Phase de test

Rédaction du cahier de tests et matrice de cas d’usage
Reporting des anomalies et suivi des corrections
Tableau de bord de validation et retours utilisateurs

Candidate profile

Solide expérience en Change Management et pilotage de projets transverses
Maîtrise de JIRA et des outils collaboratifs
Connaissance des environnements juridiques, conformité ou IT
Excellente capacité de communication et sens de la pédagogie
Autonomie, rigueur et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (métiers, IT, direction)
