Job Title: Project Manager - Continuous Improvement Coordination Location: Portsmouth Naval Base - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Up to £51,000 (dependent on skills and experience) What you'll be doing: Able to perform advanced project reporting & scheduling Have a comprehensive knowledge of Business process and procedures Have a comprehensive knowledge of Project Control Toolsets Able to manage the Project Control processes on a full project lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met, and that financial and other benefits are achieved Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project. The Continuous Improvement team: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Team is dedicated to making our business as effective and efficient as possible in delivering through-life support for some of the world's most advanced vessels-from aircraft carriers to offshore patrol vessels. Warship Support covers every aspect of readiness, including engineering, maintenance, supply chain management, and defect rectification, ensuring our fleet remains mission-ready at all times. Projet : Le projet vise à renforcer l'infrastructure des communications électroniques, en tenant compte des exigences réglementaires spécifiques. Les livrables potentiels incluent : L’objectif du projet se compose de deux volets : Examiner le cadre existant de surveillance des communications électroniques et le cadre d’archivage et de conservation des enregistrements (y compris les dispositifs de contrôle et de suivi/remontée des incidents). Cette revue vise à renforcer le dispositif et à garantir que toutes les exigences réglementaires critiques soient pleinement respectées. Mettre en œuvre les nouveaux contrôles recommandés, qui devront être intégrés au sein de la société, en couvrant à la fois la première ligne de défense (1LOD) et la deuxième ligne de défense (2LOD). Profil : Nous recherchons un expert possédant : Expertise technique : - Infrastructure des communications électroniques. - Infrastructure de messagerie (MS Exchange). - Messagerie instantanée (Bloomberg, MS Teams). - Outils de surveillance pour ces technologies. Connaissance réglementaire : - Exigences réglementaires américaines (FRB, NFA, SEC, NYDFS) concernant les communications électroniques (surveillance, conservation, etc.). - Exigences réglementaires européennes (BCE) concernant les communications électroniques. Expérience sectorielle : - Secteur de la banque d'investissement. Compétences fonctionnelles : - Compréhension du rôle de la Conformité (engagement, RACI, contrôles). - Conduite d'ateliers d'investigation (fact-finding workshops). - Gestion des politiques, procédures, contrôles, KPI et KRI. Compétences comportementales : - Excellentes compétences en communication. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Langues : - Anglais fluent.
