An SC cleared Operational Technology Security Specialist is required for an initial 6 month outside of ir35 contract. The clients site is Abingdon this is a hybrid role paying £450 per day outside ir35 for 4 days working remotely 1 day on site or £500oper day outside of ir35 for 4.5 days on site and .5 day remotely. The OT Security Specialist will lead the development and maturation of the Operational Technology (OT) security capability as part of a greenfield security programme. This includes defining and implementing an OT Security Strategy, developing policies and standards, and introducing appropriate security controls across OT environments. The OT Security Specialist will provide technical and governance oversight of OT security, ensuring alignment with industry frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CAF, ISO 27001) and with enterprise cyber security objectives. The role will combine hands-on implementation, strategic oversight, and the creation of governance artefacts. You will also engage with engineering teams and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure that OT security controls are effectively designed, implemented, and sustained. Je recherche pour un de mes clients un Business Analyst CRM Dynamics Senior sur Bois-Colombes Le projet : Dans le cadre de l'évolution et notre outil commercial CRM Dynamics et la mise en place d’un nouveau produit, nous recherchons un Business Analyst Dynamics CRM pour accompagner nos équipes dans l'analyse, la conception, et la mise en place de solutions adaptées aux besoins métiers. Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de métiers et technique située en France. Dans ce contexte, COFACE recherche un/une Business Analyst pour faire évoluer l’application CentriX dans les différentes régions du monde Au sein de l’équipe Dynamics de Business Technology, le Business Analyst Dynamics CRM devra dans ce cadre : · Analyse des besoins : o Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs métiers. o Rédiger des cahiers des charges et user stories en collaboration avec les équipes concernées. o Prioriser les demandes en fonction des objectifs stratégiques. · Conception fonctionnelle : o Définir et modéliser les processus métiers dans Dynamics CRM. o Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques pour les équipes de développement. o Participer à la conception de prototypes pour valider les solutions avec les parties prenantes. · Pilotage des projets : o Coordonner les équipes techniques et métiers pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace des projets. o Participer aux comités de suivi et de pilotage des projets. o Assurer la communication et la gestion des attentes des parties prenantes. · Validation et support : o Organiser et réaliser les phases de tests (UAT, régression, etc.). o Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des phases de déploiement et de formation. o Assurer un support fonctionnel et contribuer à l’amélioration continue du CRM. Compétences techniques et linguistiques requises · Maîtrise de Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 ou versions antérieures). · Bonne compréhension des architectures CRM et des intégrations avec d'autres systèmes (API, ETL, etc.). · Capacité à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques claires et précises. · Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Compétences relationnelles : · Excellentes capacités d’écoute et de communication. · Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires. · Sens de l’organisation et aptitude à prioriser les tâches.
