La mission s’exercera en étroite collaboration avec des ressources internes et externes et nécessitera de fortes capacités d’influence, compte tenu des interactions continues avec de multiples équipes et parties prenantes dans différents pays. Prestation de support au programme global de transformation digitale La prestation aura pour objectif d’assister le Directeur du Programme de Transformation Digitale dans le pilotage global du programme, notamment sur les volets gouvernance, suivi budgétaire, reporting et coordination transverse au niveau Groupe . Elle consistera également à : Faciliter les arbitrages stratégiques en apportant des analyses chiffrées, des recommandations et des éclairages orientés aide à la décision. Contribuer à la définition et à l’orientation de la stratégie long terme , en identifiant des opportunités d’amélioration et d’innovation. Organiser et animer les instances de gouvernance stratégique (notamment la roadmap 2027–2030), incluant les comités de pilotage Groupe et les séminaires CPO, afin d’assurer l’alignement et l’avancement des travaux. Participer au processus de sourcing de solutions innovantes , notamment dans la construction de la roadmap IA / GenAI . Prestation de pilotage du processus de sélection d’une solution globale de Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) La prestation aura pour rôle de : Finaliser le processus d’appel d’offres (RFP) pour la sélection d’une solution de Contract Lifecycle Management , incluant l’analyse et l’évaluation des solutions candidates. Coordonner les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes (équipe cœur composée de 5 entités et parties prenantes Groupe) afin de collecter les évaluations et converger vers un scénario cible. Piloter le processus de décision au sein du comité de pilotage CPO Groupe, en présentant les analyses, scénarios et recommandations afin de favoriser le consensus. Garantir l’alignement de la solution retenue avec les besoins stratégiques du Groupe et conduire les processus de validation Groupe (gating) : business case, évaluations des experts métiers (SME), etc. Expertise technique Expertise confirmée sur les processus et outils Source-to-Contract et Procure-to-Pay , avec la capacité à analyser et challenger de manière critique les besoins et exigences. Solide expérience en gestion de programmes , incluant la mise en œuvre de méthodologies agiles . Forte capacité d’analyse pour collecter, structurer et synthétiser de grands volumes d’informations , afin de produire des analyses pertinentes et orientées décision. Capacité à remettre en question les pratiques existantes , à formuler une vision claire et innovante et à la décliner en modèles opérationnels et plans d’exécution concrets. Connaissance de Coupa obligatoire. Compétences transverses Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de manière autonome, avec une forte rigueur organisationnelle. Orientation résultats et sens de l’action. Excellentes compétences en communication , avec une aisance dans les présentations auprès du top management comme des équipes opérationnelles. Environnement de travail 100 % anglophone – maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire . Capacité d’adaptation face à l’évolution des priorités et des contraintes du périmètre.
