Objectif de la mission : - Renforcer l’équipe projet SAP S/4HANA sur la phase finale du déploiement, avec un focus sur la conformité Export Control et International Trade. - Assurer le cut-over, le go-live et l’accompagnement des métiers. Préparer et sécuriser la conformité réglementaire, anticiper les exigences légales à venir. Contexte Le client, acteur majeur des marchés financiers européens, doit se conformer au Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) . Cette réglementation vise à renforcer la résilience opérationnelle des entités financières face à la digitalisation croissante et aux menaces cyber. Le Project Manager DORA interviendra au sein de l’équipe Infrastructure & Contract Management , avec pour mission de collecter les données et preuves nécessaires, rédiger les procédures de conformité et assurer le suivi des livrables dans les délais impartis. Missions principales Collecter et compléter les formulaires DORA requis : Risk assessment (Form B via Onetrust) Exit strategies (Form C) Testing process (Table top exercise) Collecte de la documentation contractuelle (contrats, addendum DORA). Analyser les contrats/propositions pour identifier conditions de résiliation et clauses spécifiques. Planifier et piloter les Table top exercises avec les fournisseurs critiques, en garantissant la validation en séance. Interagir avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir les réponses et preuves nécessaires. Collaborer avec les équipes Legal, Risk et DORA pour validation et évaluations spécifiques. Produire des rapports réguliers et ad hoc (progression, statut, risques, incidents) sur une base hebdomadaire/mensuelle. Assurer la conformité et la livraison des livrables dans les délais. Participer et suivre les audits liés à DORA.
