En tant que « Chargé de support opérationnel / Formateur », vous intervenez au sein du siège à proximité d'Aix-en-Provence (13), dans des locaux flambant neufs et vous bénéficiez de un à deux jours de télétravail par semaine. Vous intégrez une équipe de 4 personnes. Vous avez jusqu'à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine. L'essentiel : Renfort à l'équipe projet et assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage. Intervention dans le cadre du déploiement de l'ERP auprès de l'ensemble des sociétés du groupe. Côté formation : prévoir des déplacements, pris en charge (exemple 2 semaines par trimestre du lundi au vendredi, soit 8 semaines par an). Vos missions sont les suivantes : Formation et déploiement opérationnel : Définition et mise en œuvre des déploiements de l'ERP (formation, conduite du changement, mise en production) ; Accompagnement des nouveaux utilisateurs lors de l'installation du SI Groupe ; Organisation et animation de formations collectives et/ou individuelles pour les collaborateurs ; Transfert de connaissances par le biais de procédures et modes opératoires ; Assistance aux référents des métiers techniques, ainsi qu'aux utilisateurs dans le cadre de la reprise des données : migration de l'ancien (SAGE, Notes et Praxedo) vers le nouveau (Dynamics 365 FO et Field Service). Support : Soutien opérationnel et fonctionnel auprès des utilisateurs (N1) ; Accompagnement des nouveaux utilisateurs lors de l'installation du SI Groupe ; Collaboration avec l'équipe projet côté MCO (maintien en condition opérationnelle) des outils de gestion, avec le recueil des besoins utilisateurs ; Suivi et gestion des incidents avec l'équipe informatique ; Garantie des «Best Practices» en rédigeant des modes opératoires, ainsi que des supports des processus d'entreprise. Communication : des évolutions auprès des utilisateurs finaux et réalisation des actions de transfert de connaissances par le biais de procédures et de modes opératoires. Environnement technique global : Dynamics 365, Power Platform, X++, SQL Server.
