Pilotage de mini-projets liés à l’évolution des plateformes. Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures, FAQ et inventaires. Suivi et reporting des activités (time tracking, compte rendu). Livrables attendus : Morning checks quotidiens. Traitement des tickets et demandes/incidents (mail & outils internes). Communication sur maintenances et incidents. Mise à jour des inventaires et documentation.
