Duties Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Bank’s Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and adhere to these to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk. Report policy/procedure breaches and areas of potential non-compliance and suspicions promptly upon identification in accordance with the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies. Accurately execute all controls within own area to minimise risk of policy, procedure, and/or regulatory breaches. Identify new risks/control gaps within own area and escalate accordingly to your Line Manager. M ust Have Skills S oftware analysis and design. SQL Server query language with SSIS. Data warehouse design concepts, (Inmon or Kimball) Experience of developing software with C# Dot Net and asp.net and SQL Server is a must. Must have solid experience of working with SSIS and building data warehouses. The Client is a Bank based in the Central London. Must have a degree qualification. This is a 12 month FTC position with a salary of circa £60K - £70K. This is a hybrid position - you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days week. Within DBS, the Digital, Information & Technology (DIT) team is responsible for management, support and delivery of the DBS information technology systems and the provision of accurate and timely management information to our customers. Within DIT this role supports thousands of users across defence and a significant number of key defence activities utilising Oracle EBusiness Suite for our Finance and Commercial activities and Remedy for DBS’ core change, case and incident management. As a Software Developer you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Supporting live services, actioning all relevant and ever-greening activities and implementing all associated change. You will be required to support live systems (incident management and resolution), delivery of minor change (Urgent fix, business or Oracle driven) and support projects across a single service line.
