En mission chez notre client et au sein des équipes du Cash Management & Trade Competence Center (métier résolument mondial, transverse, dynamique et innovant), l’équipe Welcome oeuvre à la digitalisation des échanges avec la Clientèle Entreprises du groupe lors de la phase d’onboarding (collecte de la documentation KYC et ouverture de compte), sur plusieurs pays grâce au déploiement d’une plateforme dédiée. Dans le cadre de la roadmap Welcome, une ambition forte a été validée sur le déploiement de l’application en Amérique et en Asie. Dans ce contexte, l’équipe Welcome a besoin de renforcer son équipe de support. La mission pourra amener à des déplacements et est compatible avec le télétravail (2,5 jours par semaine maximum). Prestations demandées : Coordonner l’ensemble des actions pour assurer le déploiement de Welcome dans les pays de la roadmap Faciliter l'utilisation de l'outil et contribuer à l'insertion du nouveau processus d'onboarding digital auprès des pilotes dans les pays de la roadmap puis lors du déploiement et répondre aux questions des équipes internes Formation des équipes internes sur l’outil Présentation du produit aux potentiels utilisateurs de l’Application Accompagner la mise en place des clients sensibles Répondre aux questions fonctionnelles des équipes commerciales et équipes de support Remontée de dysfonctionnements auprès des équipes techniques Expression des besoins clients auprès de l’équipe Produit Assurer un lien fort avec l'équipe des Country Managers pour l’amélioration continue du nouveau processus digital et la conduite du changement auprès des équipes. Contribuer à l'efficacité du processus par la mise en place de KPI et tableaux de bord.
