Gestion des évolutions et du product backlog Prendre en main le développement de nouvelles features du cadrage à leur déploiement en collaboration avec les différents contributeurs (dont UX/UI, CRO) et équipes impactées Contribuer à la définition et au maintien du Product Backlog (features, user stories, anomalies) Contribuer à la priorisation des éléments selon la valeur métier 3. Coordination Collaborer avec un ou plusieurs business analysts de l’équipe dans la phase de réalisation projet Coordonner les parties prenantes (IT, marketing, juridique, conformité) Participer aux cérémonies Scrum : Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Rétrospective Assurer la liaison entre UX/UI, MOA, MOE, architectes et métiers Animer des instances type COPROJ, COPIL à destination des parties prenantes et du management 4. Performances Contribuer aux démarches d’amélioration continue via AB Tests Suivre les indicateurs de performance (conversion, abandon, temps de souscription) 5. Interactions La mission implique des échanges avec : Direction métier et Caisses Régionales Équipes UX/UI, MOA, MOE Architectes et développeurs Compétences requises Expertise en rôle de Product Owner ou Proxy PO dans un contexte Agile / Scrum Expérience dans l'assurance Capacité à animer des ateliers collaboratifs Connaissance des parcours digitaux et tunnels de souscription en assurance : Confirmé Maîtrise des outils Agile (Jira, Confluence, Miro ou équivalent) : Expert Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et communication : Expert Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes : Expert Proactivité et sens du résultat : Expert Compétences Gestion de projet Agile Ateliers collaboratifs Outils Agile (Jira, Confluence, Miro…) Proactivité et sens du résultat Compétences rédactionnelles et communication Parcours digitaux et tunnels de devis en assurance Product Owner Autonomie et coordination de contributeurs

L'assistance et l'expertise sur l’architecture technique (design et conception) des couches datalake et des moyens de restitutions, 5. La conduite du changement dans la mise en œuvre et l’uniformisation des pratiques Craft 6. La définition des normes et standards de qualité édictés sur le périmètre (qualité de code, sécurité, performance, build automatique, analytics) 7. La définition du bon niveau de la documentation technique et mise à jour associée Diverses étapes de développements notamment sur les développements complexes : chiffrage, conception, spécifications techniques,mise en place, tests, déploiement, revue de code 8. Challenge des choix techniques pour qu’ils soient en adéquation avec : le besoin du client, les normes et standards des entités d’architectures, l’innovation et les principes de la transformation digitale de la banque Expertises : 1. Spark Scala 2. Cloudera, Azure 3. Mode Agile (Scrum) 4. Environnement anglophone.
