Le/la consultant(e) prendra en charge la gouvernance globale du programme, la structuration et le pilotage des différents chantiers, ainsi que la coordination des équipes internes et externes. Il/elle assurera la maîtrise des enjeux financiers, réglementaires et opérationnels, tout en garantissant le respect des délais, des budgets et de la qualité des livrables. Le rôle implique une forte capacité à engager les parties prenantes, sécuriser l’exécution, anticiper les risques et accompagner la transformation des processus Finance.
