Dans le cadre de l'exploitation et du maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures de sauvegarde, de stockage et de virtualisation, le consultant intervient au sein d'une équipe dédiée à la gestion quotidienne des infrastructures. L'environnement comprend notamment Commvault, VMware vSphere, NetApp, Windows Server et Linux/Unix. L'équipe contribue également à la continuité d'activité à travers les dispositifs PRA/PCA. Missions : - Assurer le contrôle et l'exploitation des sauvegardes quotidiennes - Superviser les traitements de sauvegarde et analyser les rapports d'exécution - Gérer et résoudre les incidents et erreurs de sauvegarde - Réaliser les opérations de restauration de fichiers, bases de données et dumps - Administrer et maintenir les plateformes de sauvegarde et de stockage - Réaliser les opérations d'installation, de configuration et de mise à jour - Gérer les librairies et robots de sauvegarde ainsi que le cycle de vie des cartouches - Assurer les opérations d'échange et d'externalisation des médias - Participer aux audits techniques et aux contrôles de conformité - Contribuer aux plans de sauvegarde, restauration, PRA et PCA - Participer aux tests de restauration et aux exercices de reprise d'activité - Rédiger et maintenir les procédures d'exploitation et modes opératoires - Produire les analyses de causes racines et participer à l'amélioration continue - Assurer le transfert de compétences et le partage de connaissances avec les équipes techniques Profil attendu : Une expérience de 5 ans minimum est demandée sur des fonctions d'administration sauvegarde, stockage ou infrastructures, avec une expérience significative sur Commvault indispensable. Une formation Bac +5 en informatique est idéalement recherchée. Le consultant doit être autonome et capable d'intervenir sur des environnements de production critiques, avec un bon relationnel et une capacité à travailler en équipe.

About the role: You will provide senior third Line technical support across Netteam's managed client base, acting as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, recurring problems and engineering-level change. You will own advanced investigation through to resolution, drive Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management, and work with vendors and internal teams to deliver permanent fixes, reduce repeat demand and improve service resilience. You will maintain clear technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to enable resolution at the lowest appropriate support tier.
