Superviser l'expérience utilisateur et la santé du parc informatique via Nexthink et mettre en œuvre les actions de remédiation nécessaires. Assurer le support de niveau 3 sur le périmètre Workplace. Accompagner les équipes locales lors des déploiements et assurer le transfert de compétences. Rédiger la documentation technique (procédures, modes opératoires, spécifications, comptes rendus). Intégré au sein d'une équipe Support Technique Client 24/7 d'un grand groupe opérant dans la gestion d'infrastructures réseau pour des clients variés, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la maintenance en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et l'exploitation des réseaux complexes. Vous contribuerez directement à la résolution d'incidents complexes et à l'évolution des infrastructures, en garantissant la qualité de service et la continuité des opérations. Assurer la prise en charge et la résolution des incidents réseaux de niveau 2 et 3 en environnement LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VoIP et IPTV. Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements complexes et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées en mobilisant votre expertise réseau et sécurité. Coordonner les différents acteurs internes et externes intervenant sur les infrastructures clients pour garantir une prise en charge fluide et efficace. Participer à la gestion des demandes d'évolution et des changements en garantissant le respect des procédures et la qualité des livrables. Contribuer à la mise en place des correctifs et des améliorations dans le cadre de la maintenance évolutive et corrective. Rédiger des rapports d'incident et assurer un suivi rigoureux des actions correctives. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie expertes pour traiter les cas complexes et optimiser les processus de support. Assurer une communication claire, pédagogique et professionnelle avec les clients et les partenaires pour garantir leur satisfaction. Participer à la rotation des astreintes et aux shifts horaires variables afin d'assurer une couverture support continue. Veiller à l'actualisation de vos connaissances techniques et à la montée en compétences pour répondre aux évolutions technologiques. Vous intégrez une équipe responsable du MCO d'un environnement LAN/WAN/WLAN multi-sites et des équipements de sécurité associés, sur un périmètre mêlant run quotidien et contribution aux projets d'infrastructure. Rattaché au Responsable production et support, vous assurez la définition, la mise en œuvre, ainsi que la MCO des infrastructures de l'ensemble du SI mutualisé. Dans ce cadre, pilotant une équipe de 6 personnes, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble de la partie Build en participant à l'élaboration du schéma directeur, aux PCA, PRA ainsi qu'à la mise à jour de la cartographie technique. Vous êtes également en charge de la mise en œuvre des projets d'infrastructures (LAN/WAN, serveurs, systèmes, etc), ainsi que de l'élaboration des processus d'intégration et de recettes. Garant de la MCO des systèmes en production, vous collaborez notamment avec le Responsable projets et applications, du bon fonctionnement des systèmes en production et participez activement à la sécurisation du SI.
