Overview We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Expert with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to protect and enhance our organization’s security posture. This role combines hands-on security operations, architecture design, and advisory responsibilities , working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain advanced cybersecurity architectures across IT, OT, Cloud, and hybrid environments Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, ensuring effective remediation and root cause analysis Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001 Manage and optimize security tools (SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.) Support compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) Collaborate with risk, legal, and IT teams to strengthen overall security posture Lead incident response activities and coordinate with SOC/CSIRT teams Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members Support pre-sales activities and contribute to cybersecurity solution design Required Skills & Experience 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity Strong expertise in: Incident detection, response, and forensics Network security (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS) Security monitoring (SIEM, EDR/XDR) Vulnerability management and penetration testing Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Proficiency in Python (additional scripting languages are a plus) Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows environments Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Descrizione del ruolo Stiamo cercando un Esperto di Cybersecurity Senior con solide competenze tecniche e una visione strategica, capace di proteggere e migliorare la sicurezza dell’organizzazione. Il ruolo combina attività operative, progettazione architetturale e consulenza , collaborando con team tecnici e stakeholder aziendali.
