ContexteDans le cadre de l'administration et de l'évolution de la plateforme Mobile Device Management (MDM) du Groupe BPCE, nous recherchons un Expert MDM Workspace ONE pour assurer le support de niveau 3, l'administration de la plateforme et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des environnements de mobilité. Vous interviendrez sur des sujets d'administration, d'intégration, de sécurité, d'automatisation et d'accompagnement des équipes Infrastructure, Sécurité et Support. MissionsAssurer le support N3 et traiter les incidents complexes via ServiceNow. Administrer la plateforme Workspace ONE UEM et ses composants associés. Gérer les profils utilisateurs, politiques de sécurité, applications, certificats et configurations. Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnelle et la disponibilité de la plateforme. Réaliser les opérations d'administration courante et les évolutions techniques. Déployer les nouvelles versions et les correctifs de la solution MDM. Homologuer les nouveaux terminaux et les nouvelles versions des systèmes d'exploitation. Participer aux phases de qualification, de recette et de validation des évolutions. Assurer l'intégration avec les services d'entreprise : Active Directory Entra ID (Azure AD) PKI VPN Messagerie SSO Participer aux projets liés à la mobilité d'entreprise. Développer des scripts d'automatisation (PowerShell). Produire la documentation technique et les procédures d'exploitation. Réaliser les reportings et le suivi des indicateurs de conformité. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la plateforme.
