Dans le cadre de programmes de transformation d'envergure au sein de la DSI d'un grand opérateur télécom, nous recherchons plusieurs profils expérimentés en architecture fonctionnelle et urbanisation de SI Telco. L'environnement est caractérisé par un SI complexe, fortement intégré et composé d'un grand nombre d'applications, couvrant notamment les domaines BSS et OSS. L'enjeu principal est d'accompagner les évolutions du SI de manière transverse : comprendre les besoins métiers, analyser leurs impacts sur les différents domaines et applications, construire les trajectoires d'évolution et garantir la cohérence des solutions à l'échelle du SI. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste d'architecte réseau, d'ingénieur radio ou d'expert infrastructure. Le profil reste positionné au sein de la DSI et intervient sur les systèmes d'information supportant les activités d'un opérateur télécom. Missions Architecture fonctionnelle & urbanisation SI Analyser et challenger les besoins exprimés par les métiers. Traduire les besoins métiers en capacités, processus et évolutions du SI. Réaliser les études de cadrage, d'opportunité et d'impacts. Construire des scénarios d'architecture fonctionnelle. Définir les architectures cibles et les trajectoires d'évolution associées. Garantir la cohérence des solutions avec les principes d'urbanisation du SI. Identifier les applications, données, flux et interfaces impactés. Cartographier les processus et interactions entre les différentes briques du SI. Analyser les dépendances entre plusieurs domaines et applications. Contribuer à la rationalisation et à l'évolution d'un patrimoine applicatif important. Transversalité & intégration à grande échelle Le profil devra être capable de travailler sur des problématiques impliquant plusieurs SI et un nombre important d'applications. Il devra notamment : appréhender des processus métier de bout en bout ; identifier les impacts d'une évolution sur plusieurs domaines du SI ; comprendre les interactions entre applications ; traiter des problématiques d'intégration à grande échelle ; challenger les solutions proposées par les différentes équipes ; assurer la cohérence entre besoins métiers, architecture fonctionnelle et contraintes du SI ; travailler avec des architectes, Business Analysts, chefs de projet, responsables applicatifs et équipes techniques. Deux grands domaines fonctionnels 1. BSS / SI commercial Selon le profil, intervention possible sur les processus et systèmes liés notamment à : gestion client / CRM ; catalogue d'offres, produits et services ; parcours de souscription et de vente ; gestion des commandes ; Order Management ; facturation / Billing ; Charging ; gestion des contrats ; activation et provisioning des services ; processus commerciaux de bout en bout. L'objectif est de comprendre comment une évolution commerciale ou métier se propage à travers les différentes briques du SI opérateur. 2. OSS / SI supportant le réseau Intervention possible sur le SI permettant de supporter les processus de : conception du réseau ; déploiement et réalisation ; gestion des ressources et services ; inventaire réseau / ressources / services ; provisioning et activation ; orchestration ; supervision ; assurance de service ; exploitation et maintenance. Attention : nous ne recherchons pas un expert radio ou un ingénieur réseau. Le consultant doit comprendre les concepts et services liés au réseau télécom, mais son rôle porte sur l'architecture et l'urbanisation du SI qui permet de gérer ces activités.
