We are seeking Logistics/Admin Support Coordinators to support a large-scale equipment collection and return project. The role will involve coordinating the collection of devices from end users, processing returned equipment, and maintaining accurate records. The roles are onsite in Wokingham. These are contract roles inside IR35. Key Responsibilities: -Coordinate the collection and return of IT devices and equipment via DPD. -Log and track serial numbers accurately. -Batch and prepare equipment for final return. -Update records and maintain documentation. -Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. -Perform general administrative support duties as required. Requirements: -Strong administrative and organisational skills. -Good attention to detail and accuracy. -Experience within logistics, warehouse administration, asset management or a similar support role is desirable. -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -Available to work 5 days per week onsite in Wokingham. Hands-on Build Automation experience using Ansible. Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform. Experience configuring and building CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of DevOps tooling, automation technologies and secure engineering processes. Experience developing reusable automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code artefacts. Experience leading technical implementation and design activities. Experience working across both Windows and Linux operating systems. Agile and sprint-based delivery experience would be advantageous. Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance. Experience with legal-sector systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
