Notre client dans le secteur Assurance recherche un/une AI Transformation Manager H/F Description de la mission : Job Profile – AI Transformation Manager Job Description To accelerate its AI & Digital Transformation, the organization is looking for an AI Transformation Manager who can turn strategy into concrete impact. Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, the role is responsible for shaping, steering and scaling a group-wide AI Business Transformation Program, ensuring AI becomes a real driver of productivity, growth and operational excellence across all markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning high-level ambitions into clear initiatives, governance processes, KPIs and real adoption. The position works closely with Business Units, Group Functions and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize the most relevant initiatives and ensure that AI is deployed ethically, securely and in compliance with internal standards. The role also acts as a connector, orchestrator and catalyst, enabling countries and functions to adopt AI at scale while bringing visibility, alignment and discipline to the transformation roadmap. What you will do Group-wide Governance & Steering • Establish and run effective governance to ensure alignment across international markets and clear decision-making for AI adoption • Coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Risk, HR and Strategy to embed AI into broader group processes Opportunity Discovery & Business Case Mastery • Work with Business Units to run structured discovery on AI use cases and assess their business value • Build strong business cases, define KPIs and help teams turn abstract ideas into actionable initiatives • Support countries in moving from successful pilots to full-scale enterprise deployments, sharing reusable assets and best practices AI Compliance & Risk Management • Establish and cascade processes and monitoring tools to ensure AI development complies with EU regulations and internal guidelines • Monitor the implementation of safety, security and ethical standards across international markets Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track adoption and value creation of flagship AI programs globally • Build dashboards and reports for senior management to communicate progress, ROI and key challenges clearly Cultural Transformation & Future-Proofing • Promote success stories and share learnings to foster a strong internal AI community • Monitor emerging AI trends and advise leadership on potential disruptions or strategic opportunities What you will bring Who You Are • Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward a common goal • Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into robust, secure and scalable AI opportunities with a concise, outcome-oriented style • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences • Comfortable in a multicultural environment with C1 English proficiency Your Professional Toolkit • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation • Solid understanding of how enterprise AI use cases are shaped and deployed • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG and prompting, with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio is a strong plus • Experience in consulting or insurance is a major plus Compétences / Qualités indispensables : AI transformation, AI governance, Business case development, LLMs, RAG and prompting, Power BI, Stakeholder management Compétences / Qualités qui seraient un + : Experience in consulting or insurance; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio Informations concernant le télétravail : Oui — 3 jours/semaine
